Since I was a child, I've been obsessed with capturing moments in a picture, or a video which ultimately led to a career in television. I've always had an interest in tinkering with technology, and grew up learning to use computers and cameras as part of daily life. Whether it be adding custom sandbox code to MSN spaces, jailbreaking my first iPhone, or learning to solve a rubik's cube, I've always enjoyed trying to solve puzzles or think of unique solutions to problems (assuming a quick Google doesn't do the trick!)

After convincing my family that a job in television was a suitable career path, I attended the University of Westminster where I achieved a BA in Film and TV production and was exposed to other likeminded people. During my third year, I also started working at Pink Banana Studios as an editor and visual effects artist, and helped develop their post-production workflows whilst also directing a few projects myself.

In 2012, the Olympic Games came to London and I was lucky enough to be trained by the Broadcast Training Programme (BTP) as a video logging candidate for the Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) Archive department.

From there I haven't looked back, and have participated regularly in many major international sports broadcasting events in a multitude of roles. These range from Video Logger to Media Library Supervisor to Head of Archive. Each role brings its own set of challenges and I enjoy rising to the occasion and learning the necessary skills to achieve the best possible results.

I greatly enjoy problem solving and finding efficient ways to automate and develop workflows to help whichever project I am working on to succeed.
